Travel Lebanon Itinerary

Lebanon is a fascinating diverse country in the Middle East from its turquoise Mediterranean coast, to its highest peaks of 6,000 ft. overlooking the panoramic Quadisha Valley where you find the oldest Cedar trees in the world. It is an incredible nation we felt comfortable and safe in the entire time.

The Grill at the Four Seasons Hotel

Specializing in prime beef cuts and Mediterranean cuisine, this exquisitely decorated restaurant elevates all of your senses.  After a day of adventure discovering the city, the Global Adventuress was ready for the first course of Endives with Roquefort Sauce and pecans paired with a crisp white Lebanese wine.  The richness of the Roquefort balanced the forward freshness of the endive.   Unique to this superb menu is a selection of grilled steaks from various regions of the world.  Finish the evening with the tantalizing Tiramisu in a chocolate sphere served with warm chocolate sauce.  Relax and enjoy as you gaze over the Beirut marina.
